Program Commitment, Eligibility & Refund Terms
Our Commitment to You

We are committed to supporting you as you learn how to build and operate your legal forensic nursing business. Our role is to provide the education, training, tools, resources, coaching, community support, and proven business-development processes contained within the CLFN Program. From learning how to approach attorneys to completing your first case reports, you will have access to guidance and support throughout the process.

If You Have Not Secured a Case Within Six Months of Launching Phase 3

If, within six months of launching Phase 3, the business-building phase of the CLFN Program, you have not yet secured your first qualifying attorney case, ILNFS will waive the then-current $49.95 monthly continuation fee and allow you to continue receiving eligible program support without that monthly charge until you secure your first qualifying case, provided you have satisfied the eligibility requirements below.

For purposes of this commitment, the six-month period begins on the date the participant officially launches or begins Phase 3 as documented within the CLFN Program or tracking system.

This is a continuation-of-support commitment, not a guarantee of employment, clients, cases, revenue, profit, or any other business result.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the waived continuation fee, the participant must have timely and substantially completed the required implementation and business-development activities established by ILNFS, including the applicable requirements identified in the CLFN tracking system and program materials.

These requirements include, where applicable:

  • Completion of required program coursework and practice assignments;
  • Completion of the required attorney outreach and follow-up activities;
  • Consistent use of the marketing and business-development system taught in the program;
  • Completion and documentation of required outreach activities within the CLFN tracker;
  • Participation in required coaching, implementation, or support activities;
  • Submission of requested materials for review when assistance is offered; and
  • Good-faith implementation of reasonable recommendations provided by ILNFS.

ILNFS may request documentation demonstrating completion of these requirements before waiving the continuation fee.

Failure to complete or document the required implementation activities may make the participant ineligible for the fee waiver.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

The CLFN Program is an educational and business-training program. ILNFS does not guarantee that any participant will obtain a client, attorney relationship, case, contract, employment opportunity, particular level of revenue, profit, or other financial or professional result.

Operating a legal forensic nurse consulting business requires individual effort and involves factors outside the control of ILNFS, including but not limited to the participant's implementation, communication skills, professional experience, geographic market, attorney demand, competition, case availability, economic conditions, pricing, responsiveness, and individual business decisions.

ILNFS cannot perform these activities on behalf of the participant and cannot control how consistently or effectively a participant implements the training.

Examples, testimonials, student results, case volumes, revenues, or earnings discussed by ILNFS are provided only as examples of individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise, representation, or guarantee that another participant will achieve the same or similar result. Individual results vary.

No Refunds

Due to the immediate-access, educational, digital, intellectual-property, coaching, and business-training nature of the CLFN Program, all purchases are final and tuition and program fees are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Enrollment provides access to proprietary training, curriculum, resources, systems, templates, intellectual property, coaching, and/or community resources. A participant's decision not to complete the program, inability to devote sufficient time to the program, failure to implement the training, change in personal or professional circumstances, or failure to achieve a desired business result does not create a right to a refund.

The participant is responsible for determining before enrollment whether the program is appropriate for their goals, schedule, financial circumstances, and professional plans.

What We Can Promise

We cannot promise what the market will do or how an individual participant will implement the program.

What we can promise is that eligible participants who do the required work will not simply be abandoned after completing the initial program period.

If you meet the requirements above and have not secured your first qualifying case within six months of launching Phase 3, the business-building phase, we will waive the applicable monthly continuation fee and continue providing eligible program support until you secure that first qualifying case, subject to the Program Terms and Conditions.
